Please join Ganja Yoga-certified instructor Meredith Hatton for an evening of conscious consumption & mindful movement blended with cannabinoid education. Students can expect an short smoke social with friends followed by a gentle yoga practice intended to provide a deep mind-body connection as well as feelings of bliss & peacefulness. After practice, participants are encouraged to share feedback about their experience, ask questions, and socialize with the group. Please bring any cannabis products to consume or share.
